WHEN SHOULD I CALL JAY FLORES WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT MY PURCHASE?

You can call me at anytime, but trust that I am working on shipping your purchase as fast as possible. If you still haven't received your purchase within 3-4 weeks of placing your order, please contact me so I can resolve your concern immediately.

HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ART? 

I will ship your art via UPS. If your art is a giclee print I will roll it in craft paper that is cut to the exact size of a 200lb crush strength shipping tube, along with acid-free tissue paper. Originals and metal prints are placed in well-packed boxes or shipped flat.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we ship internationally to the U.K. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The precise shipping charges will be reflected on the very last page of the check-out process, prior to committing to your purchase.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ART?

In most cases I will ship your order within one week's time, however if your order is a specialty item such as a metal print, or the order is placed during periods of higher volume, it will occasionally take me a little longer. Please be patient, If you have ordered an original piece of artwork or artwork that is displayed in the gallery as part of a show. I will ship these items at the close of the show.

I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX, I'M NEVER HOME, I'M CONCERNED SOMEONE WILL TAKE MY ART FROM THE PORCH / DOORSTEP ONCE IT'S DELIVERED. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

UPS suggest to download the 'UPS Mobile App' so you can access 'UPS My Choice' to see, and even modify, the timing or location of home package deliveries. You can have them delivered to your closest UPS Access Point or even your place of work. You can get text alerts about package deliveries or status changes on any device that can receive SMS. Anytime, anyplace, from your smartphone or tablet.

I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT IT HASN'T UPDATED SINCE I RECEIVED THE NOTIFICATION. SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?

You will automatically receive a tracking number once the label is printed, but due to the high volume of packages leaving my studio and the new UPS procedures, most packages are not scanned until they reach the local UPS hub in San Antonio, TX. during their "Twilight Sort". We will only print a label when the item is being shipped out that same day.

DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?

Yes. I will combine shipping upon request and will refund you any additional shipping costs at the time your art is shipped. Please note that I will not combine more than 4 items in most cases to prevent damages to your art.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?

Yes, please place your purchase and select "Local Pickup" on the very last page of the checkout process. ID is required at the time of pickup.

I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER. SHOULD I BE WORRIED?

No, in most cases I do not ship more than 4 items together and will automatically split your order into more than one shipment, to ensure it's safe arrival.

THE TRACKING SAYS "DELIVERED". BUT ITS NOT HERE?

Some items may require signature, so please check with your apartment office, or neighbor. Jay Flores is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the purchase. UPS suggest to have items delivered to a UPS Access Point or your place of work. You can download the UPS Mobile App to control your delivery.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Occasionally a shipment might get damaged in transit, if this happens I will take care of it immediately. Please contact me within 7 days of item delivery with your name, order number, and description of the damaged item and/ or packaging. In most cases we will send you a paid return label to return the damaged item and I will ship out your replacement.

I PURCHASED AN ITEM BUT I CHANGED MY MIND. MAY I GET A REFUND?
